Web Care Terms & Agreement

 

  • There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services.
  • Updates: When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text and photos in digital format.
  • Updates are limited to a calendar year. Rollovers do not extend year to year or beyond limit of individual plans. i.e. the Basic Plan allows one half hour each month rolling over up to three months. That is 1 1/2 hours at any time in that period.
  • “Update turnaround time” is based on standard minor updates. Advanced programming may result in longer turnaround times.
  • Urgent and/or Rush updates, modifications, or edits will be completed within 24 hours. An additional fee of $75 for updates and/or modifications/edits that are required to be completed on Saturday or Sunday.

Rules below apply to Subscriptions only

  • Clients will be billed for remainder of year upon credit card failure.
  • Website maintenance month by month service agreements expire 12/31 of the current year.
  • Payment Methods:  Monthly Website Maintenance fees require credit card or check payment. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
  • Website maintenance fees will be invoiced upon completion.
  • Termination of this agreement by the client: Clients may terminate this agreement at any time by contacting Perugi Design.
  • Perugi Design may terminate this agreement at anytime upon written notice to the client.
