Website maintenance services by Perugi Design are month by month agreements.
Payment Methods: Monthly Website Maintenance fees require credit card or paypal account for payment. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
Website maintenance fees will be charged to the clients credit card on file every month.
Termination of this agreement by the client: Clients may terminate this agreement at any time by logging into their Paypal account or contacting Perugi Design.
Perugi Design may terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice to the client.
An administrative fee of $25 will be charged to the clients account for any late payments or declined credit card charges.
There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services.
Updates: When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos.
Updates are limited to a calendar year. Rollovers do not extend year to year or beyond limit of individual plans. i.e. the Basic Plan allows one half hour each month rolling over up to three months. That is 1 1/2 hours at any time in that period.
“Update turnaround time” is based on standard minor updates. Advanced programming may result in longer turnaround times.
Urgent and/or Rush updates, modifications, or edits will be completed within 24 hours. A fee of $50 will be charged if updates and/or modifications or edits are required to be completed on Saturday or Sunday.
